We are very happy with the service we received. We bought our couch 3 months ago. A week and a half ago the switch broke and the corporate office made us wait over a week just to come out. The guy they sent out was absolutely clueless, he left our couch stuck up when he could have at least gotten it to recline down. Corporate told me I would be waiting over 10 days to resolve this problem. I contact Andre at the Bridegeport store and two days later we had a working end chair and they removed the old one. I really feel like he went above and beyond with his customer service and to meet my expectations. Bob the owner of this company should be glad he’s part of their team. The women at corporate she needs a lesson in people skills and customer service. I Give her 1 on her rating. Not to mention I was on hold for over 25 minutes. Andre saved the day and I appreciate his help. I will return to Bobs just because of his exceptional customer service. He turned a horrible experience into a great one. The delivery drivers were great and very nice also.

Great experience buying a sofa. Our salesperson Erica G. was SO friendly and helpful and made the shopping trip very pleasant. Delivery was scheduled for 3 days out -- the guys delivered at exactly 12noon for a 12-4 delivery - awesome. Love the look and feel of our new, reasonably-priced sofa.

The sales associate who assisted me was Joel Vidal. I must say he was very professional as he did not hound me as soon as I entered the store. Instead he introduced himself and offered to provide assistance if necessary. He was very knowledgeable about the furniture and services offered by Bob's. He made my shopping experience a very pleasant one. Joel is now my personal Bob's sales associate. I look for him when I go to the store and if he is not there I tell them I will return when he is working. He is a great asset to the Bob's Furniture family!

Had an awesome experience my sales associate Camille Davis was very patient with me I purchased maybe 10 items. Each item I searched online before I came in the store showed her the pictures and she took her time to show me each item in person. needless to say I loved them all and got them at a great price. Thank you Camille for making me smile and have a great shopping experience while spending a couple thousands lol.

I’ve been to this location twice this year and our sales associate was Joel Vidal he is very good at what he does. He does a great job with his customers!! He helps find exactly what your looking for will definitely recommend him to friends...
