The manager told me that they can't match a price on Ashley's web site. They claimed that they have to pay the charges on my credit. I don't know if I'm wrong, but the last time I checked, on every credit card I have, I always have to pay the charges or interest ON MY OWN CARD! They described a product and delivered something completely different, then said "no returns" even though we came in less than an hour after we received it and saw it was the wrong item. The sad part of the story is we always buy our furniture here and never had a problem before. They claim to be a "HomeStore", and "celebrate being home with you". Their stores are "passionate about being the best and most affordable furniture store for your home." IS THIS A JOKE? Sent us wrong item. Refused to fix their mistake.

Judy Frederick took such great care of us! My husband and I were looking for a mattress and bed and we thought it would take all week to figure it out! After walking in, Judy took great care of us and helped us with our needs. She listened and was great about setting us up in the perfect one for us without going over budget! Thank you Judy! We will come back because of you!

What a great experience with Ashley Homestore in Arden. Cheryl did a remarkable job working with our family in finding the right furniture and getting it delivered perfectly on-time. Cheryl went way out of her way in balancing our needs, with available inventory and delivery dates to get my father set-up in his new retirement home. The delivery guys were fabulous, on-time, easy to work with and did a perfect job in getting everything set-up exactly as we hoped. Thank you Cheryl and the entire team at Ashely HomeStore in Arden for a job well done. P. King

Spent hours searching on line with my 86 yr old Mother in law for a recliner that lifts. She found one she liked, especially the price and it was at Ashley. I called the Arden location and got Jennifer. She quickly checked and said she had one on the floor so my mother in law could come in and sit in it to make sure it’s what she wanted. After sitting in it she found it wasn’t that comfortable. Jennifer was so great in taking her time with June and explaining all the features and buttons on the remotes. She sat in several until she found the right one. We left with a much nicer recliner for only $50 more. Be sure to ask for Jennifer if you want excellent service. Thanks Jennifer.

I went into the store thinking I was just browsing, but I actually found some pieces I had to have. Katie was extremely helpful and gave me her honest opinion on fabrics and colors. It was greatly appreciated! She made the entire process so much easier than I have experienced at other stores.
