What a great experience! After a family medical emergency I needed to purchase an adjustable bed and lift recliner. In addition, I needed it delivered the same day. Although the delivery service wasn't working in my area that day,. The store manager made a special arrangement with a private delivery service and made it happen. The entire staff was courteous and so helpful. They showed empathy for my elderly relative and I am so appreciative. I highly recommend Carolina Furniture Concepts. Thanks so much for your help.

Had a great experience buying furniture today. Lots of choices in a big showroom. We were lucky enough to get to work with Dakota as our salesperson. He was knowledgeable and helpful in showing us what the good deals were in the furniture we were looking for. He worked quickly with his manager to resolve to our satisfaction a small issue that came up. He was courteous and listened to our needs and was not pushy. Good job Dakota!

Lilly at Carolina Furniture was awesome. From the moment we walked in the door, she was incredibly inviting and extremely knowledgeable about what we were looking for. After finding a sectional, we then found a coffee table and end tables we liked but I wanted to see it with the couch so she, and a coworkers brought the table over to the couch to ensure we liked it. Now, her effort didn’t stop there. I then found a rug I liked, but wanted to make sure it matched the couch and tables. Lilly brought the rug to basically set up an entire living room before I decided to make the purchase. Lilly was extremely patient with us and not pushy whatsoever! She was wonderful from start to finish and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for furniture to shop with her at Carolina Furniture Concepts! Thank you so much to Lilly and the other staff at the showroom who were all wonderful! We love our “new” living room!

We have dealt w/CFC, Asheville twice in the last few months. The first time we were looking for a dining set, bed room dresser, recliner & living rm. set. It was on a Sunday and we were greeted and helped by a very nice & helpful young man, MATT. He was a real blessing to help us stay within our budget w/beautiful furniture. He spent a lot of time w/us and our large transaction went smoothly from purchase to delivery. The second time was last weekend. I had forgotten to look up our receipts from before to get the young man's name who helped us before, and wasn't sure I'd recognize him. We were greeted by another young man who acted as if he'd just awoken from a nap. We told him what we were looking for . . he said there was none on the floor but would look in a catalog. He did so, lethargically, and found only one that we liked. It was way too expensive. We told him we thought we would be allowed a good deal since we spent so much a few months before. He got his Manager to talk to us but she couldn't give us a reasonable deal. So, we were leaving the store when I walked by a young man working at a desk. We looked at each other for a few seconds and I asked him if he recognized me. He said yes, I think so. It was MATT, the young man who had helped us so diligently a few months before. I told him what we were looking for but with no luck. He got up and said, 'Follow me.' He got more than one catalog to look at and helped us find what we wanted for the price we wanted! Praise the Lord I found MATT!! The store itself has a very wide selection of beautiful furniture of all kinds & styles, but I definitely recommend you ask for MATT if you want a pleasurable, knowledgeable & reasonable experience w/your purchase.

Lily went way above and beyond to help us choose the perfect sofa. How she had the patience to stick with our multitude of questions, thoughts and indecision is beyond me. All while maintaining poise, grace, humor and knowledge. CFC, I hope you realize what an asset she is to your team! I am also equally impressed with management customer service. Honestly, they went beyond our expectations to earn customer loyalty. We will be back!
