Anthony was very helpful as we picked out furniture for our cabin in North Carolina.  He made us a list of the furniture that we wanted via the Ashley website. Then he sent me the list with prices via email.  He knew right from the start when we walked through the door that he would not receive a commission from helping us, but that did not matter. He spent a lot of time with us and gave us his expert advice on our future purchases. Thank you, Anthony! You are an awesome representative of Ashley Furniture!

Robert at the Vero store was very helpful and explained everything in great detail. He had a lot of patience as we changed our mind a lot. We actually left to check out another retailer and returned 20 minutes later to close the deal because his customer service was exceptional! Would definitely recommend them in the future, the manager Keith even took time to introduce himself and make sure we were being taken care of. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Nice store but the salesmen make you feel like your at a car dealership 
Especially the way they follow you around  the store communicating to one another with there ear buds, you definitely  know they work for commission. Just let me brows and if I have a question I'll ask.
Felt high pressured by them especially  the one who first greeted us at the front door. Meet, greet, and answer questions is all they need to do.
Let the people shop!!

Donald was awesome from the time we walked in the store until we left. First he walked us around to give us an idea of different living room sets then gave us space to browse and try out sofas. He sold us on a beautiful leather sofa and love seat along with end tables. He went beyond selling us furniture but also was very accommodating when I needed to nurse my son. Found me a blanket to cover myself (i forgot my nursing shall) and a comfy cozy reclining chair in a private corner of one of the living room set ups. Highly recommend you visit city Furniture and ask for Donald.

I went to Ashley because of quality.  The furniture arrived in four days, delivered by professional men. The sales person started this purchase without any pressure. If you are looking for a relaxing experience,  I strongly recommend Carolyn Mahoney at the Vero Beach location.  Thanks to everyone involved for my new living room.
