I bought a 3 year "In Home Service Warranty". Defective cushions on 2 of the seats. They are not honoring the WARRANTY per contract!
I bought a leather sectional sofa in the summer of 2016 that cost us about $4000plus. along with the sofa we also purchased the "In Home Service Warranty" . after just a yr and a half the 2 of the 5 pieces from the sofa have flattened out and is misshapen. THIS IS A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT! You can even see it bulge out A LOT further than the rest. The cushions have failed. I had a tech come in and inspect it from city furniture. to find out city furniture just claimed it as normal wear and tear. I even called the tech up because they blamed the tech saying no he deemed it normal wear not us. so we will not do anything for you. The tech said no I can see the cushion is only defective on 2seats but they dont want to pay for fix it. HOW? THE CUSHIONS ON 2 SOFAS ARE DRAMATICALLY DIPPED AND FAILING COMPARED TO THE REST. I have a yr and a half left on the warranty and they are not honoring WHAT I PAID FOR on their part. horrible service! Crooks

JZ was so great! She helped us find exactly what we were looking for, for the best price. Super friendly and obviously cares about making her customers happy, not pushing them into something expensive for a commission. I highly recommend asking for her if you go to this store.

If I could do a zero star I would. Pieces arrived damaged. It has been an challenge to exchange the product for new items. Send picture and video same day of delivery. Waited and waited no call back. I finally called the manager who basically said they would send a tech from a 3rd company to fix the furniture. Yes, you heard right FIX/REPAIR furniture I paid full price for. Unacceptable and very disappointed. I should have followed the recommendations from other reviews and word of mouth. Stay away from the store.  Not worth the headache. Pray pray that your furniture arrives intact ,if it doesn't get ready for many days on the phones , stressed and upset.

Oh where do I start from. We bought the reclining sectional from them and they delivered it with one chair missing and then delivered it again with reclining buttons not working. With that being said, 2 or so weeks into having the lovely sofa we find that they delivered us a sofa that had BABY SPIDER EGGS IN THEM AND THEY HAVE FINALLY HATCHED. Took the sofa apart last night and just watched them all crawl out and into my new home. We purchased the warranties and I called today to let them know the situation and they can't do anything about it. FYI they have delivered sofas in before to other customers with spiders in them also according to a few coworkers.
