Thought we were getting a great deal on some beautiful furniture but when a delivery date was set up and we called to confirm it the night before, they had put a date a week later and we were offered no apology, no offer to bring the furniture to us any sooner and basically told that's the date and that's when it will be there. The manager was extremely Rude, when I went in for a refund he walked up, handed me a check, said not one word and went to walk away. I will continue to spread the word about the terrible service we got in the store so that no one else has to deal with it!

David was an extremely helpful sales man! He figured out what I was looking for, and pointed me in the correct direction. I hope I see him again the next time I am there!

Diane was very helpful from start to finish. She calculated out how much it would be with different options and was knowledgeable about the discounts. She wasn't pushy and listened to what we wanted from the beginning. I would recommend Ashley to anyone looking for new furniture.

Ron was great! We knew what we wanted and he showed us that and just a bit more, without being too much of a "salesman". We were in and out within an hour, which is important when you got a sitter to go furniture shopping. Did and will return!!
