Linda was our salesperson and we highly recommend her. Can't give 5 stars because they do not pick up and haul away the old furniture and delivery fee was $75 for 26 miles. Delivery was quoted as 149 dollars but Linda cut in half or the purchase would not have happened.

My husband and I were in the market for a new mattress set. When we arrived, we were instantly approached by a young man, "Hey folks! What are you looking for today?" I said, "Nothing, thanks." I really dislike being pounced on. Greet us. Say hello. Don't pounce!? We made our way to the bed display area, and weren't pleased to see that nothing was marked with any sort of pricing. I feel that's pretty shady. What keeps a salesperson from setting any price they choose? This was enough for us. We left, and won't likely be back. It's important to us to feel we're being treated honestly and we didn't feel that at Barney's. Even used car dealerships have some sort of price on their vehicles!

Decent size of selection. Moderate amount of pressure to buy from salespeople.

We went into Barneys and bought a dining room table and 8 chairs plus 2 extra chairs (which we knew had to be ordered). We also bought a bedroom set with dresser, chest , bed and 2 night stands. The sales lady said this was the most popular bedroom outfit and they had it in stock. This was on May 2, 2017 when we went to pick it up the dresser, chest, and 2 night stands where out of stock. It is now May 26, 2017 and it is still not in and Barneys has no idea when they will be in.
