I actually was blessed to have met Oscar Rodriguez, sales person. He was professional, patient, and very personal. I highly recommend him. He gave me different options to fit my budget. At the end of my purchase, I was very pleased with the price and the quality of the furniture he helped me choose and how well he set up my delivery process. Thank you Oscar for all your help and your amazing customer service! I will definitely come back to this store to meet with you for my future needs... Love the location and the amazing variety of available merchandise. Thanks again!

The worst experience. No accountability for anything here. My furniture was delivered over 2 months after I ordered it. I received a call the week it was scheduled to be delivered in July saying "looks like your furniture was delivered, hope you're enjoying it" ....my furniture wasn't delivered until today. The sales rep had zero idea what was going on, he never returned my calls. Everyone that works there is argumentative especially the customer service manager Salema, not sure how to spell her name. Overall just very frustrating experience with zero customer service. I understand things happen but no one wanted to help or follow up in any way.

Allison was very friendly and super helpful, she took her time explaining the different types of mattress and made sure I was satisfied with my choosing. Never felt like she was being pushy or rushed. Would recommend her to friends and family.

Good Ashley 10 matress. However, advertised as shipped and delivered to room. Nonetheless, no shipping tracking was ever provided. Only happened to find out it was delivered because I happened to go by the house. It was left on the outside door all day, and box even got wet from rain.

The best experience ever buying a sectional. The sales lady Liszandra Perez was the best ever, so nice, with such a great experience and huge patience to respond to every single question. I highly recommend this store. Great team. The furniture was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Awesome!
