I had such an amazing experience today. We walked into El Dorado in Cutler bay, FL & were greeted by Alberto Prado. He asked us what we were looking for and took us around to show us everything in store with what we described. He was amazing.. We ended up leaving to think about and make a decision of the couches we wanted to choose but his great service made us turn back when we were already half way home to make the purchase. I recommend him. One of the best customer service we've had in a while.

Amazing store!!! The staff is very nice and helpful. Very good prices and variety. Patricia was excellent, she help us with our decision and was the best fit for our home!

The only reason I'm giving this review 5 stars is due to the person that I'm going to mention. Renato Wong has always, and I mean always, gone above and beyond for us. He has sold us around $10k last year and its all due to his professionalism, guidance and patience. He is by far the best sales person I've dealt with in a really long time. Renato Wong knows his product and is really knowledgeable of his craft. As a Visual Market Manager I know talent when I see it. Thank again for all that you do, Renato Wong.

Came to El Dorado looking for a new Sectional and bar stools. We had Renato Wong help us find the PERFECT furniture pieces we were looking for. Renato was very knowledgeable and had a great understanding of what we were looking for; he even provided great suggestions for what would go well with our selection. El Dorado has a great ambiance, looks great, and awesome prices & financing. Will definitely come back for my next furniture purchase!

We had such a wonderful experience at El Dorado with Alberto Prado! He is amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and willing to walk the entire showroom with us while offering us ideas to better our home with furniture. He immediately was able to quote us prices, delivery dates and availability. We were so impressed with his service that we called my mom so that she may visit this showroom and purchase furniture with someone this patient and knowledgeable. Thank you El Dorado for employing such competent employees!
