Sometimes good for a quick trip, but many times they don't have what you need. Poor customer service cashier didn't even speak thru entire transaction, not even a hello! And they wonder why online shopping is taking over...just ordered printer ink online because they don't stock it.

Reasonable prices. Plenty of parking. I usually find what I'm seeking here. To make a double sided copy, it's $.23, but I can do it at the public library for $.20. Of course, the paper at Staples is sturdier, so it's worth the few cents if I have to make music staff sheets or brochures. The customer service is hit or miss. Some employees are really friendly and helpful while others talk as if they were asking for a noogie. For example, I placed an order for a workbook a couple of weeks ago. There was some miscommunication because I never got a call from the store to let me know of its arrival. I called this store (#1778) and talked to a woman who, upon learning that I hadn't paid for the book yet, said in an obnoxiously nasal tone, "You have to Paaaaaaayyy for the book, Ma'am." I have to do no such thing, ha! How about I take my business up the road to Get Smart, where I don't have to Paaaaaaayyy for anything if I don't have my hands on it, where the extra dollar that they charge is worth the customer service? They have a nice selection of washi tape and fashion spiral bound notebooks. And that's all I have to say about that!

So I used the computer to print something ( keep in mind you are charged by the minute 30 cents) when I go to print which cost $12 the printer jams. There is only one person working he computer area and there is a line of people waiting... I wait for a good 5 minutes ( being charged .30 a minute) waiting for the man at the desk to help. He's extremely busy so I ask another girl and she tells me the man is the only one that can help me because it's not her area. So I turn off the computer since I already paid for the print. I was waiting in line for 30 minutes with people who were waiting even longer than I was when I see another staples worker in the computer area and I ask him for help and he replies with " I'm not sure I'm off the clock right now"..... well if you're off the clock why are you helping someone else??? It got to me waiting for 45 minutes when my mother became frustrated and wanted to see why it was taking so long. She then went to the manager who helped me get my papers to print finally. The amount of people in line frustrated complaining was ridiculous. There should be more than one person working the printing area. Do not come to this staples there were people waiting since I walked in the door. I repeat do not go to this staples. You won't be helped and when you do it'll be out of frustration because you waited for 45 minutes to go and complain to a manager. The line was about 7 people wasting their time waiting for the man to finish off with other people. I will not be printing from this staples ever again. If you have things to do and not an hour to wait in line do not come here. The Office Depot by dadeland is much better.

I asked where to find an item and one of the store associates told me exactly where to find it. And the price was reasonable.
