As I’m writing this review, I’m currently waiting on delivery. The store guest service is closed and so is the delivery department. Window is from 4:15 to 7:15 and it’s 7:41. Received a call over an hour ago saying that they are 45 min to an hour out. This is soooo frustrating I’ve been waiting all day since it says that your delivery could be early or late. This is the last purchase that I ever make from Ashley’s because they seem to not value your time only your dollars. At this point I no longer want the furniture but guess what, it’s a 10% cancellation fee. Which is absurd!!! Considering I haven’t gotten the furniture to even know what he quality is truly like. They say their quality is much better than other furniture stores, maybe, but it’s a package deal, from customer service to delivery. The salesperson was amazing!! I don’t want to Leave out the good. She is the reason why I truly stayed and continued my business with Ashley.

I love this place. Ms. Eliza is the best. She helped us pick the porter dining & bookshelves 3 years ago & we still love it like yesterday. I'm hoping to return asap for a new sofa set.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Ashley Furniture Location. Originally I encountered Mikki who obviously noticed I was having a rough day. She began to speak life into me after just a brief conversation. I didn’t purchase that evening, but I went back a few days later and encountered Eliza who was amazing as well. She actually got the sale because that particular day I was ready to purchase. She was very thorough and simply awesome. Check either of these ladies out, you can’t go wrong.

Worst customer service and most disappointing transaction of my life. Sold broken merchandise. I live about a quarter mile from the store. Went and picked up coffee tables and inn tables. 5 minutes later I'm at home, about to take them inside when I notice the coffee table is broken. As if someone had stood on it in the warehouse. Called immediately and took pictures. Left my name and number. Nothing happened. Did the same several more times this week. Still nothing. Called yesterday and was told to call customer service. Did that and was rudely told by two different people that it wasn't their problem and they could do nothing for me. The table has clearly been broken, and whomever broke it clearly tried to cover it up--which of course is fraud. Salesman will not take my calls, will not call back. The table I received had been broken, then colored with a brown marker and patched with wood filler. Will never shop there again. Spent $6k and wish I had gone anywhere else. I have tried to be patient; but I'm calling News Channel 5 "On Your Side"with this complaint.

I've done business with Ashley furniture in the past but recently, was the first time that I was displeased. I purchased quite a pieces and each piece was delivered separately. Talk about inconvenience. The customer service is not that great. I called to inquire about a couple of pieces that had not arrived yet and one piece that was damaged. A couple of times they had to call me back (but didn't) because they said they were short staffed. One piece of furniture they could not find although it was on my invoice clear as day. The whole process has been frustrating to say the least.
