Awesome customer service both on the phone and in person. I made a 2pm appointment for an oil change and was on my way 20 minutes later. I've been going to this Firestone for over 3 years and I am a very satisfied customer.

As far as tires goes, they had me a new tire on my rim in less than 20 minutes, I stood that long at walmart, with a slow cashier, right before I said fxxk it and saw Firestone was open on a sunday. They did me good.

This is a corporate shop with a surly crew that doesn't really want to work there. Stay away. If the job is at all tricky they'll recommend the most expensive option using dealership replacement parts rather than fixing the parts you already have or getting replacements from a junkyard. They do it to cover their own butts in case something goes wrong and because the mechanics are not very talented to start with. I was treated rudely by the staff who was more interested in doing simple jobs on new cars at high prices. I had a breakdown on the highway and got towed to this shop because it was the only place open on Sunday. They left me waiting 2 1/2 hours without giving me any news about my car until finally one of the young mechanics came over and said they cannot do anything for another day. Then I spent the night in a hotel and they didn't bother to contact me in the morning to give me an update on my repair. Finally I found out they planned to make me wait 3-4 days in a hotel to order a new parts from Europe so I fired them and had my car towed to a nearby shop where they fixed it on the spot for under $100 using my original parts. I strongly recommend against using this shop. They are mediocre at best and there are some great places nearby. Simply read the google reviews.

Beware of these crooks. Overcharge massively on parts to make labour cost seem lower, $900 for $400 worth of parts. Break things on purpose just so you have to pay them to fix it. Invent endless things to replace. Go somewhere else. Nobody is a crooked as these clowns. Told me month old breaks needed teplacing soon. Broke my lug nuts while rotationing my tires and then charged $489 to fix there mistake.
