the employees are nice, but they need more women of color. its ridiculous i asked for help find a foundation, they gave me the code and walked off. i needed help and didn't get it.  Mac is better at least they help you

The worst customer service ever!!!!!.  I believe when someone walks into your establishment you treat them with the respect you would expect when you are shopping.  Need training in that department seriously!!!!

I had a wonderful time. All of the ladies were so sweet! I am visiting from Chicago, and they made my shopping experience great. I spoke with ALL the employees. They were all sociable and friendly. Great personalities even during a time so crazy like Black Friday. ❤❤

I love Sephora but this location is terrible. A friend and I went in today so she could try some makeup. The two ladies working there were rude. I think they thought we were there to steal so they kept asking us questions and bothering us. We didn't need their help. I was going to buy some lipstick but decided not to because this location doesn't deserve my hard earned dollar. I will gladly go to the wolfchase location.

The employees and manager are always helpful and friendly.  They take their time with me to help me choose the right makeup, lipstick, and perfumes. I love this location!!!
