Today was the first time my sister and I have ever stepped foot into an Ashley Furniture Home Store and it was an AMAZING EXPERIENCE! The sale representative that helped us was named Victor. He was very energetic, fun, polite, respectful, but most importantly patient. He didn't hover over us watching our every move. He gave us time to look around at different items so we didn't feel rushed at all. My sister and I went into the store not really knowing how things worked or what we really wanted but Victor was able to make the experience go easy and smooth. Victor was able to answer any questions that we asked and if he was unsure he wasn't afraid to say let me check to make sure. He was very up front and honest with everything. Victor was even able to help me apply for an Ashley's Card and get us an AMAZING DEAL on the furniture that we picked out. So the next time you go into Ashley Furniture in Hobbs make sure you ask for Victor you won't regret it.

My buying experience was one of the best. I’m grateful to have had a great Sales Consultant in Cynthia S. I had a vision in my head & she went above and beyond to show me many different schemes, colors, and styles. While choosing my furniture I changed my mind 100 times and asked many questions, she was polite, patient, and professional. I really appreciate her call backs when I had questions and updates I was given for my delivery. Thank You Ashley Furniture & Cynthia S for helping me with my furniture needs.

A great experience. Our furniture expert was amazing, he took the time to let us walk around and find the items we were looking for to furnish our new home. He explained all of the room packages and options that were available to maximize our savings. He helped us find the right mattress for our personalized comfort. We are very satisfied with our purchases.

The sales associate Victor was very kind and helpful. He explained everything very well and had an awesome attitude. Would recommend Ashley's to everyone. Good price for great merchandise.

I’d leave 5 stars but not sure how overall experience will be. Haven’t gotten to enjoy our furniture yet because we just ordered it. The sales man whom assisted us with our purchase was honestly the best salesman we have ever dealt with. He didn’t hover but was tentative! His name is Randy, here in the Hobbs building, and I highly recommend paying him a visit if you’re interested in purchasing new furniture. He gave helpful information about our investment that isn’t normally explained when making this sort of purchase! Here’s just a one of the many things we were informed of while working with him. Did you know that if you purchase insurance When you buy furniture from Ashley’s it’s good for four years? In that time any claims are made good by having someone come to your home and fix your furniture. The idea is to have your furniture functioning and in the same condition 4 years from the date of purchase! We were glad to be told that if we never used our insurance the money we paid to have it would be refunded into an Ashley’s store credit! So, 140.00 for insurance on furniture not used over a 4 year period = 140.00 given back as a store credit! I didn’t know that and we have made purchase there before. Just ask for him unless you are comfortable with whoever is rotated at the front wich is always an option. Happy shopping! =•}
