We had a great experience from the moment we walked in the store. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. They were able to price match the item we wanted and had it available for us to weeks earlier than the other store we had originally gone to. My husband and I said we wouldn't go any place else to buy furniture after our experience. Once we got item we noticed there was a damaged piece. We contacted customer care and they quickly confirmed our information and said the replacement piece would be sent to us. Outstanding customer service from every person we dealt with.

We only came in to look and ended up buying. Kim made it so easy for us. There was a good bit of pressure to buy but any company wants you to buy their product. Can't wait to get the new couch.

I went back as a follow-up to my previous visit. I did buy a bed but also bought 2 dressers and a dinning room table and chairs. Great people! Go let Kim take care of you.

From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left, it was a great experience. Our sales representative, Kim, was amazing. She was not pushy or overbearing and allowed us to go off on our own to look around while still checking on us and being accessible to answer any questions we had. Kim made our business feel valued and she was very professional yet personable. I will definitely be making future purchases at Ashley Homestore.

Had a great experience today at Ashley Furniture with sales rep, Michael. He was very helpful and friendly. I never look forward to going to furniture stores because it always seems like they make you feel pressured as soon as you walk in, but Michael didn't make us feel pressured at all. He just showed us their many options, and we walked out feeling like we got a great deal. We will be back again in the future.
