I had the best customer service from Kerry Ott. He was very helpful and informative when helping my husband and I find the best price and option for  a bed and mattress. I definitely know we will be doing future purchases with him.

Worst quality couch you could ever get.. especially paying 1500 for it.... couch sags and I always have to rearrange the cushions. Never buying a couch from there ever again..

Staff really knows how to both sell the furniture and please the customer. They have a sign outside that says Negotiate! And they mean it. Close to 800 in total savings. (I got a complete King size bed with 2 dressers, a night stand,  and and mirror for the vanity all included ON THE STICKER PRICE!) Quick and painless financing if you need it. The finance Company is ACIM. They are quite flexible with payments. Nothing due up front, low monthly payments. Overall a great experience, especially if you really need furniture.

I will never buy anything here again. I have been waiting for a mattress since October.  The worst pillowtop ever. My husband and I both have medical problems and this mattress is adding to it.
