We had a really great experience. Our sales representative greeted us at the door and respected that we needed time to look around, only checking in as we bumped into her browsing through the store. We finally made a decision and were able to let her know when we were sure. She was helpful and answered all of our questions. The only qualm I had was that the couch we wanted was on back-order for a whole month, but we got a free ottoman, so that was nice.

We stopped by rooms to go not sure if we would buy or not. Their financing is great. One of the reasons we stopped.  And their selection is good. We had a bad experience in the past with a couch there.  But that was a million years ago. We got the three year warranty which I feel is a must. We had Redd Williams as our salesman. He has been there 9 years so he was able to answer all of our questions.  He was super friendly. A great guy! Not pushy at ALL.  I would highly recommend him!  Thanks REDD.   We can’t wait to get our furniture. 😊👍

In the past I've had horrible experiences with not only the sales team on the floor, but the delivery of items to my house. My first purchase I received the wrong bed entirely and had to hold this bed nearly two weeks because one, I had no bed to sleep on and two, the guy who ordered my bed set, put in the wrong order and they had to wait for my bed to come. Finally received the correct bed only to have a canopy pole broke. Additionally, both night stands were broken as well. I will say service to fix the bed took 3 weeks which was ridiculous but both night stands were replaced in a week. I decided to try this place again because my son needed a new bed and he chose one online which happened to be from Rooms to Go. I cringed, but decided to try again. Surprised to say I had no problems with the order this time. Delivery was on time, everything seemed to roll smooth. I will be honest and say I am still apprehensive but because my last experience was great, I may consider again buying.

I wouldn’t buy from this place place again. First couch dropped in yard and broken by delivery guys. That couch was amazingly discontinued 3 days later and I had to go back to pick out something else and anything comparable was $500 more. Now, the new delivery was 1 day late (not terrible, but thanks for guaranteeing something you can NOT back or explain). And different delivery guys couldn’t figure out how to get the couch in my house so they punctured a hole in my Sheetrock ceiling and ripped my front door trim to pieces. Conveniently enough, no one is responsible enough to return my calls now. Screw Rooms to Go! Go to Ashley and pay a little more for quality/service.

We bought a table and chairs.  Delivery was set for over a week away.  We received 2 or 3 phone calls telling us the same date and time frame (7am-11am).  After the second call, I called customer service and just asked if they could change us to the afternoon due to a doctor's appointment.  I was told we would have to change the day because it is all computerized and could not be altered.  We dealt with it but still never got a different time frame--always 7am-11am, because the computer said so.  The morning of the delivery we got a call at 6:55am that they were here.  No call saying they were on their way, just that they were here.  The worker who came in first had a chip on his shoulder and was rude the entire time.  When we said something about the timing, he told us to call customer service.  Didn't need to, they called us to seeyou how things went.  We told them and once again I addressed the time frame and once again got the song and dance about the computer.  We were first on the list and were still told 7-11.  Because of a recent move, we have had several deliveries and this was the worst.  Absolutely NO regard for the customers, just the computer.  Unbelievable!  No wonder the store was never crowded when we were there.  The only people decient to us in the store were the ones who were making the sales.  Everyone else we talked to was curt and could not be bothered.  Hopefully they won't be around long!  Wish there was some rating less than a 1.
