I don't usually write reviews, but I'm here to give Ashley Laguna Hills a 5 star, ONLY because I received the best help and customer service ever from a sales person called Samar in this Store. 
She was very knowledgeable about each and every piece of furniture in the store so that saved me lots of time and money. With her help, we mixed and match all my living room, and am very happy about it, and gets compliments all the time since I've received them. She was also very nice and kind and made my shopping very fun. I would definitely go back to her to shop for my bedrooms. Thank you Samar!!

I have shopped from Ashley furniture for a long time now and every experience has been better than the last. The salespeople are great, very friendly, attentive and not too aggressive. The customer service staff is great too, especially Nazanin. She is absolutely wonderful! Very polite and professional, always smiling and makes you feel very attended to. Any problems or concerns we have she took care of right away and accommodated all our requests! Great experience overall! I would recommend this store to all my friends and family.

I had so much fun buying furniture at this store!  Alia was by far the best associate i have EVER had the pleasure of working with.  She was just like talking to one of my friends.  She was so friendly and so helpful!  I had so much fun with her, I came back the next week and bought the rest of the set.  When I had an issue with my delivery, they were so quick to make sure everything was correct and they even expedited things.  I didn't have to worry.  When the time comes for new furniture, I won't even look anywhere else!  Go Ashley!  Go Alia!  You guys rocked and made a stressful situation so awesome.

I walked into Ashley's Furniture overwhelmed from having been at a number of stores looking for a sofa and love seat but unable to make a decision. In the previous store, I had actually said aloud to myself, "People who can afford an interior designer, have no idea how fortunate they are. I wish I had someone to help me make this decision." 

Gina DeFranco at Ashley's did just that. She  walked me through the process until I left Ashley's happy and satisfied with my purchase! It was as if she were my own interior designer. I showed her pictures of the room the pieces were for and she went to work from there, showing me all the options she felt would work and explaining why. She also offered extra tips for accessories. Gina took as much time as I needed and it was the most stress-free shopping I've had the pleasure of experiencing. 

Thank you Gina for your heartfelt priceless assistance and Ashley's for the great Columbus Day Sale! I got the pieces for a most amazing price, and couldn't have asked for more!

Stopped by looking for side chairs for dining table.  Left with these being free. Buut I did purchase a new mattress & a few other things added. Only reason was because of the great deal manager Mahdi gave & the great service Rana had showing me around. I will definitely come back to finish furnishing my home. Show room is very organized, giving me ideas to decor & furniture arrangements. Did not feel rushed or pursued. Helps to return for the great helpful service.
