We had a wonderful experience at the Ashley Furniture Home Store in Cherry Hill. Barbara Graves worked with us. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the products throughout the store and gave us great tips to help us find exactly what would fit our needs. My husband and I are both seasoned, commission-only salespeople, so we know very well how to spot a sales pitch - we did not feel like we were being "sold" at any point during our time with Barbara! She gave us time and space to shop on our own, but was available when we needed her. She never made us feel pressured to purchase, and that made our shopping experience very enjoyable. We will definitely be shopping at Ashley again and most certainly will make sure Barbara is available when we do!

My sister and I were looking for a new dining room set. Barbara was very helpful and pleasant. We found the table set that we wanted rather quickly. Barbara was very knowledgeable about the products. All details were explained very clearly before and after our purchase. She was so personable that I felt like I couldn't leave without making a purchase. Thank you Barbara!

Today I went into Ashleys to purchase a living room set for my mother. I wasn't quite sure how my experience was going to go but I have to say it was amazing. Barbara Graves the associate that helped me out was tremendous. She helped me pick out the perfect living room set for my mother and was nice throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend going there and asking to work with her. I'm sure that I will be back again in the near future to make other purchases there. Thank you once again Barbara it was a pleasure.

I went to the Cherry Hill store to order furniture that I saw online. There was a professional sign in the store with exactly what I wanted. The sign even said "add rug for $69". I thought wonderful, I wanted that too. Then my salesperson started looking for it. He found the sofa, coffee table and even an end table that matched. The rug was not to be found. My salesperson asked another salesperson who walked by, where can he find it. The reply was "they discontinued that line." He meant even the furniture. There was a discussion about this and the guy was surprised he found the sofa in inventory. A manager passed by and said the sign should be for the stuff on the back of the poster and turned it around. I said they should put a note on the other side that it is not available. I was a little annoyed that this sale was old yet the sign was there. Plus the salespersons were confused too. Now I wonder if I'll get my sofa.

It was a pleasure working with Vicky and John!! They are both wonderful and very helpful . I am so excited about my purchase today. As anyone that will make any major purchases I asked many questions and was very undecided 🤷‍♀️ they gladly answered and took their time showing me everything I was looking for! Vicky is a sweetheart and a wonderful sale associate. John really is considered about his customers and very great leader! Thank you both for your help! See you soon for the rest of my house!
