Absolutely the greatest for quality, price and service. We were in a situation where we were downsizing so my wife thought is was a great time to get all new furniture for the new house. Our sales person (Colin) really worked with us and was extremely knowledgeable and worked with our budget. We did have an issue with 1 of the pieces a year after we purchased it and R&F and Colin our sales person really stepped up again and replaced the item.

I purchased a 3 piece sofa set at this Raymour and Flanigan location in Cherry Hill by the mall. Delivery was arranged with a 10:30-1:30 delivery window. I got to my home at 10:15, and furniture was delivered early, great right? The not so great part is the furniture was all over my dining room (no covers and it was pouring rain by the way), and the cushions were in our foyer. You would think the driver would call me and let me know he’s here and ask me where to SET IN PLACE, right? Of course not. The worst part is when I call customer service, they said that one of the TENANTS signed the waiver for not setting the furniture in place. I am the one on the account and I am the one paying for this, NOT the tenant. The lady on the phone then speaks to the “sales manager” and says they’ll knock $50 off the $100 delivery fee. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I paid to have this set in place, not left wherever the driver felt like leaving it WITHOUT calling ME. Will NEVER EVER shop here EVER again.

YOU DESERVE NO STARS!!! Hands down, thee WORST customer service experience I have EVER experienced! I encourage everyone to travel right across the street to Ashley Furniture (where the prices are less expensive and the customer service is EXCELLENT)! For nearly 10 minutes, I waited upstairs alone for the original representative that introduced himself to me and walked me around the store to show me furniture. Apparently, he was out to lunch and no one else got the memo (so I was told). Well, the manager sent me a substitute representative that was awful! Rude tone! Very unfriendly! Seemed very judgmental (kept looking me up & down) and uninterested in helping me find the furniture I needed at the price I wanted. Thankfully, my original representative walked up just as this rude representative began to take my information. I immediately requested my original representative (Mo Garlic) to take and would you believe, the woman had the AUDACITY to tell Mo that they were "getting married" on HIS sale because she took my name?! I immediately ran downstairs to all to the manager but this little girl beat me to the punch and was already downstairs telling everyone that I requested she leave. She was rolling her eyes at me, moving her head from side to side as I talked to the manager. I have NEVER felt so disrespected in my LIFE. Now, to put things in perspective, I am a highly educated BLACK woman, 3 Master's ( one in Business, Nursing, and Management). In addition to being a nurse, I am an Educator. I make a very decent living and had more than enough money to purchase EVERY piece of furniture I picked out and MORE! I like to go out shopping dressed down, preferably in sweats, just for occasions such as this. I feel like I would have been treated differently and talked to with more respect had a looked "accordingly." I stormed out of that store, walked across the street to Ashley, bought 3 furniture sets (with 3 extra reclining seats, 2 dining sets, one full bedroom set (7 pieces)- and a King Bedframe/headboard & bedroom set-ask Danielle M. Went to the OTHER Raymour & Flanigan (in DEPTFORD) and bought another 9 piece reclining sofa set and a TV stand & fireplace-ask Howard K. Then I went to purchase a Sleep # bed-ask James D. BIG LOSS in sales because of RUDE customer service but these are the people they chose to represent them. Says a great deal about who Raymour & Flanigan (in Cherry Hill) are! STAY AWAY and spend your money elsewhere, where you will be appreciated and treated with respect, regardless of look or color!

Couch is only a year only and have had now mulitiple problems with springs popping out. They fixed it once under warranty but since it’s now a year old as of this feb 2018 they will not cover parts. I will never purchase from this company again. Terrible quality

The selling of the furniture went well with no issues to note, other than the sells associate telling us they had the furniture in stock. Due to schedules we had to set the delivery date a month after buying the furniture. Four days before the delivery date the store calls us to inform us that our furniture is out of stock and give us an estimated date of 3 weeks from our original delivery date. After numerous discussions on how that could be since it was in stock when we bought it, it turns out that they sold our furniture we bought to someone else and now couldn't deliver ours on time. Long story short we ended up canceling that order and getting our money back. A business who sells a product already paid for and promised to someone else is not a good business. I'll be submitting a report to the better business bureau and they will not be getting my business again. Also when it comes to delivery they give you a 3 hour time window that is not flexible, but they do not tell you that window until 2 days before. So I guess we as the customers just have to bend our schedules and lives around the businesses schedule and if we can't then I guess we aren't getting our furniture.
