I have nothing but good things to say about my experience Mealey's. I did not see these average reviews until after I ordered my living room set (couch and chair) and became concerned. However,I am happy to give them 5 stars. The day I went in to look at the furniture the young lady in the floor (when I find her name,I will repost) she was so patient and helpful in finding the perfect colors and patterns that I was looking for. I knew my furniture would take some time to arrive since I had custom made pieces,but whenever I called to check on my order. The representatives were always courteous and informative. Today, the furniture arrived within the time they gave me...AND successfully hoisted my couch over the balcony since it would not make it through my narrow and winding entrance. So very happy with the quality and service that I had to give them a review.

We stopped at Mealey's after shopping for furniture at another store. We were pleasantly greeted by Sal who gave us just the right amount of attention and space as we shopped. He answered all our questions and check for warehouse inventory when we found a piece we liked. When we settled on a sofa/love seat combo, the sales manager Dave gave us an additional discount. We were extremely pleased with our experience and would recommend Sal, Dave and Moorestown Mealey's to anyone.

Very nice and professional salesperson - Eleanor . Took floor model because product was discontinued. The manager just sat at his desk - not personable or engaging. He quoted one price, but it was higher when we went to the finance desk. Since it was a floor model we were told that it takes up to 10 days to take the product to the warehouse and then the warehouse staff will contact us to set up a delivery date. Not happy with the logistics of this company. After 2 1/2 weeks we still hadn't heard about a delivery date. I called and spoke with Eleanore and she said that we would receive a call within 4 days. No call. So, I removed the charge from my charge account. THEN I received a call and then Mealey's couldn't straighten out the charge. I called my charge account company twice for Mealey's even though the charge account company said that this was Mealey's responsibility. Also, I received a threatening phone call from a Mealey's employee stating that they would remove the furniture. What started as a fine encounter ended up a disaster. I will never go to Mealey's and will not recommend this company.

My husband and I recently purchased a couch and love seat from Mealey's. It was delivered promptly and we love it! Many thanks to our salesmen, Dave G. and Daniel. I will definitely do business with them again!

Prices are only good during a sale, 60% off or better. Almost everything comes damaged but they repair. It takes to long for them to get back to you with repair/replace info. Was 10 days after a rep visited the house that we got our first call about item repairs. They said another 2-4 weeks before they can satisfy us.
