This is my second order provided by associates at Ashley, within a months period. I am very pleased with the service Ashley's Furniture privided to me. My order was finalized by telephone, only because I had several questions. But Ashley's associates were able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. They were very knowledgeable, and courteous. Maria Hernandez, was the one who mainly helped me. Thank You Ashley and associates, I can't wait for my order to arrive!!

Today we bought furniture for our home from Ashley Furniture in Palm Desert. We were well taken care of by Alexander, he was knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns. He seemed to know exactly what we wanted and we were able to get all the furniture we came for! I would highly recommend stopping by Ashley Furniture for all your needs, they are excellent!

I was recently at the store to obtain a new bed for my daughter. She just had to have the while bookcase bed that we found online. We went into the store and received great customer service from Ken Rozelle. He was friendly and helpful but not pushy. We found the bed we wanted and ordered it at a great price!!! Thanks Ken!

I was looking for a new dining set and possible some table lamps. This you d man, Justin I don’t know his last name, was extremely helpful, not pushy like most sales people. He left me some space and time to browse the store, when i had questions he was there with answers. I did leave with some lamps and Justin was kind enough to give me his card. I will be back, to purchase a new bedroom set and this beautiful couch set I saw. Thank you Justin.

We are extremely happy with the experience we had buying a living room set and dining set for our first home. We had been searching online for a while and we went in to the store to ask some questions and Daniel Galeano helped us and answered all the questions we had. He was very nice, welcoming and helpful. He made our experience there very easy and exciting. He was knowledgeable and he made sure to price match the stores price with the websites. Will definitely come back.
