I went to Ashley looking for a sofa. My boyfriend and I were there for at least an hour and a half and we had an excellent experience being guided by Janice. She was super friendly and incredibly patient walking around with us, watching us sit on furniture while providing information about the various models. I told Janice I was nervous because this was going to be my first major furniture purchase and she was very sensitive about that and made sure we looked at models that were in my style (she has a real knack for decor!) and price range. When I finally settled on a sofa, Janice sat down with us and took care in taking us through the process of purchase and delivery. Janice explained everything and answered all of my questions. I am super grateful for her patience and commitment to customer satisfaction. As far as the delivery goes--Carroll and Chris arrived well within the given time frame. Both gentlemen were friendly, easy to talk to and took great care in making sure my sofa made it inside my house without a hitch. They set the couch up against the wall I chose and left only after I was sure that I was happy with the placement. I am grateful to them for their professionalism and the careful job they did in the miserable August heat. I would absolutely go back to Ashley's for future furniture purchases and I highly recommend their services.

Janice took excellent care of my boyfriend and I! We had been to plenty of furniture stores months before and right when we walked in, Janice knew instantly that we just wanted to look, that we did not want her help right away. After letting us look around for about 30 minutes we were ready to buy our master furniture. I loved that Janice was not constantly following us around or pressuring us to buy something. She was so helpful when it came down to pricing. Definitely recommend Ashley furniture and Janice!

Our experience at the Tallahassee Ashley Furniture store was excellent. Suki Kim, was extremely helpful and took care of everything on our list. She also did the best she could to match online prices in store. At one point, I fell asleep on one of the chairs while Suki Kim was working on our list of products and pricings. I became one with the chair, the A in my middle name now stands for Ashley Furniture. I was left undisturbed during my nap, which was fantastic advertising for the product. I ultimately purchased my nap chair, a desk, kitchen table, bedroom set, living room set and bar stools. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture, and look forward to coming to them for any of my future furniture needs.

My husband & I have been shoppers at Ashley for years. Last year we bought double leather recliner, bedroom mattress & box and various other sundries. We have shopped at Ashley both in this state and other areas. Today we walked into Ashley in Tallahassee and asked for Richard. He had spent time with me last week showing me various ideas for multiple things we will need. He was not in and a salesman (Tom) I believe said he would work with us on Richard's behalf. We showed him one of the items we were interested in, Hopstand Dinette 5 pc set. Long story short, he quoted a price of 523. My husband said we were looking at 480. He closed his notebook and walked away. Seriously? I am not a furniture sales woman. But I have been in sales for 40 years. I would never walk away from a customer for a measly 43 dollars. My husband and I said wow this is the WORST Ashley experience. Oh, by the way, he did not do Richard right.

My wife and I purchased a dining table from this store that was delivered on last week. The store manager was super nice that day we were in the store purchasing the table. The delivery guys, which were also very nice, damaged the table by turning it over on the edge on the tile floor. Contacted the store and asked for the store manager the next day and they said he was busy. Left a message for a return call and he never called. My wife called on this morning and the store manager was SUPER rude to her. I will never purchase anything else from this store PERIOD! That is a shame because we have made several purchases over the years from that store - this was the second in a years time. The tone he used with her was unacceptable and when I called to speak with him he all of a sudden was gone for the day. Well, so is my money!
