Food is okay at best. But the service is slow and horrendous. I placed an order an hour ago. Was supposed to be here 15 minutes ago. I called to get the details and it took them 5 minutes to even find my order. Its still at the restaurant. *sigh* *edit* 1 hour and 15 minutes and still no food. I called and was told 34 minutes ago the food was ready and waiting for a driver. *update* Ordered at 6:43 PM and just got my food at 8:07 PM. And the food is cold from sitting. Will not order from here again.

My girlfriend and I ordered on the app and not only did the store fail to deliver our food (we ended up having to go to the store after 2 hours to get it), but we got extremely sick from the food. When we contacted Asian Express, the woman refused to believe we got sick because "we make everything fresh" and stated it was OUR fault the food was late because they tried to call us on an incorrect phone number... Regardless we said the food made us sick and we wanted our money back and she hung up. Horrible service for food that makes you sick. AVOID!

I informed them about Celiac disease, and the chef was able to make Chow Mei Fun gluten free. It was delicious and I was really impressed.

I've ordered here for several years and was surprised to see negative reviews. This place has really affordable prices and pleasant staff. 

Keep in mind, this place is for take outs and deliveries, I wouldn't recommend dining in.

Went here based on 4/5 stars on Google rating. When we walked in it smelled like burnt hair. While the female manager was very courteous, the teenage male providing our service was almost comatose. Food was lukewarm, tasted burnt and came out at different times for each half of our party. None of us were too thrilled about the unmuffled sneeze in the kitchen during our food prep. Unfortunately we did not have the experience of many other reviewers and cannot recommend it.

Great food, good portions for the price, too! They delivered our food early, in the middle of a snowstorm. Awesome job!!!
