If you have a scheduled appointment, be prepared to wait... Several HOURS. They make you wait in lobby for about an hour, then finally move you back to a room to wait additional hours upon hours. I will be looking for a new PCP for my children. This place is ridicules! And the doctors here are stock holders or whatever with DHR! Should've known better than to bring my children to this office just by that.

She gave my mother the wrong lab results. She prescribed insulin and other medication for diabetes that could have killed my mother had she trusted the doctor. My mother does not have diabetes, the results had another patients name on them. Actually my mother has slightly low blood sugar. When my mom called Dr. Asistores to inform her of the error the doctor was dismissive and made excuses; she even implied that it was my mother's fault that the doctor hadn't seen the name on the lab results. As a matter of fact my mother upon getting the results even asked the doctor if there had been a mix up, Dr. Asístores was dismissive, and prescribed deadly medication. Someone should lose their license for this. People who are considering this doctor should stay away, their disorganization and lack of professionalism and accountability is deadly. Many confidentiality laws were violated here as well. My mother has some woman's test results... this other person left thinking they were fine, also placing their life at risk. Granted all people make mistakes, but we can't complacently justify an accident when it's outcome could be death - that's murder. The worst is Dr. Asístores deflecting blame. I'm glad my mom is okay, that's what's most important. Do not trust this lady or her staff.

Definition of appointment for English Language Learners. : an agreement to meet with someone at a particular time. : the act of giving a particular job or position to someone : the act of appointing someone. : a job or duty that is given to a person : a position to which someone is appointed. An hour and twenty minutes and still waiting.. where is the integrity of this business when they have paying clients. No Bueno!

Awesome customer service! Dr. Asistores really cares about her patients & staff. She is always trying make sure everyone gets seen even on the busiest days.

DR. Marilyn Asistores is a great docter. She was my family doctor as a child and i recently chose to go back in seeing her cause of my pervious moves and she is very helpful and caring and met all my needs when i went im very satisfied with going back to her 😊
