If I could give ZERO stars I would. My father had oral surgery on Monday. He was given pain killers. On Tuesday pm, I didn't like the effects of what I saw so I called dentist office. I was told to call his PCP. So I did. I called them after hours (4:45 pm) and they did not respond. Their excuse?? We didn't prescribe the medication given. No, but they know him BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE. So now both doctors are throwing me back and forth. But Griego's office didn't even have the audacity to return my call!! So what happened? My 89 year old father FELL!!!! On Wednesday morning!!! I had to rush him to ER. Thankfully no broken bones. I was told to follow up with PCP in two days. I took him to Griego's office (Friday) so they could check him out as per Hospital discharge instructions. What did ORLANDO, PA do? Checked his heart and nothing else. No bloodshot eyes... no skin tear to left shoulder... no big bruise under both eyes... no cut under his lip.... no knees, legs, arms.. NOTHING!!! So i wait over 3 HOURS for his heart beat!! Really?!?!?! We had a 11 am appt. We walked out at 1:50 pm!!! That is ridiculous by any standard. I am changing doctors and saying good riddance to this office. They will never have the opportunity to leave me hanging when I need them most. I don't call the doctors office after hours to chit chat, I call them because I need a doctor, my father's doctor to respond. Even a courtesy call would have been appreciated... but I guess that is just asking for too much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wait time is ridiculous! Make sure to come well fed, bring snacks and a pillow, will be needed for the extremely long wait time.. don't make them your PCP. I warning you now

Same long wait experience, only in my case FIVE HOURS! Totally ridiculous!

Friendly service but the wait time is ridiculous. Why have appointments when you don't honor someone's time. 2 pm is 2 pm. Why am I still waiting for someone at 330! That is ridiculous.
