My Mother who is quadriplegic had to wait 2 1/2 hrs in the ambulance when provider went inside to check when they would call her in Angie Dr. Wongs nurse said that she knows she has been out there waiting but they didn't have a room so provider went outside and no sooner did she go outside they took another pt inside that had just come by ambulance inside before my mother. If dr. Wong and his nurse Angie are not for the patient's anymore they should retire it's not all about the money the patients come first.This office is unprofessional and rude

I used to be very satisfied with the doctors, the staff and my treatment but lately Dr. Wong has been refusing to listen to my concerns and basically ignoring the fact that the treatment is not working. Dr. Gutierrez was a better listener. I am conflicted about giving such a negative review because the PA's are great but if the doctor refuses to help me, I have to rate accordingly.

If you have a couple of hours to waste...........here is your doctor. Cheap furniture, ragged magazines about movie starts or medical stuff, and a real nice flat screen TV to keep up to date on diabetes and so on. Front desk has no interest in how long people (many sick) sit around there. Once they park you in a room..........expect another wait.

This used to be a great place when Dr. Gutierrez was practicing. Since he retired, appointments with Dr. Wong are difficult to make. He uses P. A.s for appointments and they are not Doctors. Yesterday my mom had an appointment forced by the hospital and he rushed the whole episode doing a terrible evaluation with minimal exams to determine her needs. I will look for another doctor for my mom and myself. Very disappointed. I do not recommend him.

Waiting time is terrible. Waiting more than an hour and a half to be seen is unexcusable. PAs are the ones who see patients now because only one doctor on staff. Need to find another geriatric doctor.
