The staff here was very good and kind... especially Molly in neuroscience (I think she's a PA) - you freaking rock! My father-in-law was going through a hard time and you really helped make his day brighter with just a cup of coffee - can't thank you enough for your kindness and hope that this positive review may somehow show up as a bonus in your future! All in all, the facility is newer and clean with ample free parking and a dedicated team of professionals. Much better than the inner city hospitals IMHO.

Place sucks. There is a reason they are only rated a 2.7. They don't do anything to make you better. I'm sitting in the waiting room with an iv in. Was here yeasteday for the same thing. The Dr was rude and disrespectful. I would bring anyone here. What kind of hospital sit a person in the waiting area with pain and vomiting up blood with an iv. They need closed down.

I gave birth to my first child at Beaver Valley Medical Center, labor and delivery. The nurses and staff were are amazing! So supportive and helpful! In the maternity and nursery unit, the nurses and staff were equally as helpful, comforting, and kind. Our first night home with baby, I had a question in the middle of the night, and was a bit panicked. I called the maternity and nursery unit line and got a nurse who comforted me and talked me through the issue. My second day home, I got a phone from the maternity unit supervisor checking in on how we were doing. I highly recommend this hospital for labor and delivery!

TERRIBLE Billing Department. Won't return phone calls and completely unable to update an address. We do everything we can to avoid going here. BEWARE!!!! Wish I could give a -5 for service.

Sat waiting for my daughter to be discharged for almost an hour after driving for over one. She would have been better off checking into a hotel and had better care and help than the staff gave her here which was little to none! Social worker couldn't make it to see her in a week????? Staff could care less go somewhere else! Was in healthcare field for over 20 years and am appalled at the lack of caring
