I really do not like the dentist, and was forced to go when a tooth broke. My experience with Aspen Dental was amazing. Everyone was courteous and friendly, and put me at ease immediately. The X-ray tech was quick and efficient, the hygienist was almost motherly, and all other staff I encountered was top notch. As for Dr. Vitaly; what can I say! He had a gentle touch, and explained completely what needed to be done and why. He understood my dental goals for that time period, and did everything he could to make that happen for me. My extraction was virtually painless, and he had a flipper made for me that night instead of the next day like we talked about. Even the financial specialist there was ultra friendly and efficient. The price was surprisingly low, especially for the outstanding quality of care. They even called me in the morning to see if I was having trouble with pain. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.

I was forced to go because of a broken tooth, very painful. I made an appointment, was on time, and still waited an hour to be seen. They were obviously short staffed. The lady up front (heavy set brunette) obviously didn't want to be there. I had to get her attention, and she looked at me but didn't say a word when I walked in. They never checked my ID, which is a little odd to me. Once I was seen, I had three separate dentists, which is confusing. They made me feel as if no one wanted me as a patient. I decided on an extraction and once I paid, they had me wait. The assistant was supposed to give me numbing cream for the needles and she never came back. I had to let the dentist know, he already had the needle in his hand. He gave me the gel and 2 shots of numbing, then left. Another dentist did the extraction, and when he started I had to ask for numbing 3 more times because I wasn't very numb at all. I felt everything, and it was absolutely horrible. My tooth was very difficult to get out and the dentist showed that he was annoyed, even told me 5 more minutes and he's giving up. No one assisted him. When he started, he asked me to be his assistant and do my own suction. I did my own suction for 40 minutes( the entire time)An assistant offered to help half way through and he told her he had it. Once the tooth was removed, the doctor left me covered in blood and an assistant didn't come in for at least 5 minutes. I cleaned myself up, and went to the front desk to ask for my prescriptions and post op paperwork because the assistant didn't know what I still needed. They caught me to get me to sign a paper authorizing the removal of my tooth, AFTER my tooth was removed! They joked about it like it was nothing. I felt unimportant and like "just another mouth", not a human being. I wouldn't recommend you guys, in fact I'm telling everyone I know about my experience. I'm sure it was just this location, but that's not reassuring! I will never go back. I would like resolution for this unprofessional, horrible experience.

I only come to Aspen for my dental needs. They have by far been the most friendly and professional dentist's office I have ever been to. I was especially pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of Franceska and Dr. Vitaly. The two of them have solidified my loyalty to Aspen Dental.

What a horrible place of business. My mother was a client there. The teeth were made very poorly and did not fit her properly despite multiple trips back in to get them fixed. They finally decided to make her a new set when even the person there that makes the teeth said they were not made properly for her. My Mom passed away before receiving the final set. Despite never providing a properly fitting pair of teeth, they only agreed to refund 50% of the cost of the dentures (which was only actually 26% of the total money we spent there). The office manager from the shop repeatedly failed to return phone calls every time she said she would call me back. Overall, a very poor place to do business with. Seems to me like they are taking advantage of low income customers without dental insurance!!

I love this team! It is scary at first, I thought way overpriced. I did some researching and found out they actually were very affordable WHEN YOU COMPARE ITEM FOR ITEM, PC BY PC.! I started at first with 4800.00 estimate. They worked with me, we went over my budget, tears pull at budget etc. Disabled does not cover dental. Anyway we finally got down to 3400.00 basic set, with bottom partial. After a few troubles that showed up along the way, uneven wearing, problems with food not digesting. Every wrong thing that happened was a sacrifice of my cutting the budget. Yes we all have to do what we can. So I finally went back, upgraded to a 7 yr denture, lighter, more realistic, added back 546.00. Over the next years almost any issue I had was or was realized to be attributed to the items I had "cut the cost for". Sometimes its OK. sometimes there are issues. I am very happy with them now. Getting updates going on 3 months of the final permanent. But I also have to have a crown on bottom set redone to accommodate that. They gave me almost a 72" discount because it was not mentioned when it should have been. so like any place issues. Most important is that they make them right and you are satisfied. Each person you work with REALLY CARES. I get hugs when I leave. Be prepared to be calm and expect to give them time. Your putting plastic in your mouth to replace natural skin and muscle. Don't you think it will take at least 4-6 adjustments while gums heal and plastic replaces it. They are worth visiting for a console. I use the Mission Bell office in Tampa, FL
