I was referred for root canal evaluation.  With Dr Rivera I had the best experience with a dentist in my whole life.  She was sweet, considerate and knowledgeable.  The office staff provided me with financing options my regular dentist did not offer. In fact, I was approved and had the procedure the same day.  Everything went smooth.  They went another extra mile for me and I do appreciate it.  Thanks!

I have really bad anxiety so walking in I was shaking like a leaf. The staff immediately made me feel welcome and the doctors assistant was fantastic. She rubbed my arm to comfort me. The doctor was beyond what I could have hoped for. She was quick to think of my comfort and whenever I felt pain she stopped and quickly made it go away. I honestly couldn't imagine going anywhere else after the experience I had here. Top notch customer service and top notch dentistry.

*update* All the compassion means nothing when they were trying to rush into starting a procedure that if I hadn't asked them how much it would be and forcefully stop them I wouldn't of been able to afford. They are really nice people but you can't just rush into things that cost hundreds of dollars knowing from a previous visit that I don't have someone else handling the cost.

Dentists can be daunting at times. But let me tell you, this was an amazing experience! I was made to feel quite comfortable and relaxed. Definitely will be moving my records from my past dentist over to their office. I had a dental emergency and they saw me immediately! Give them a call, you will not regret it!

***update*** 5/9/2017 I had a cleaning done by Melanie. She was awesome. She was professional but friendly. She let me know everything that was going on. I had a much better experience than last time. I was confused because when I went to get my cavity filled in March I was told I needed a deep cleansing. Yesterday I was told I didn't. I was happy of course, but I want to make sure info that is given to me is accurate.****Professional and clean dentist office. I didn't have such a great experience today which was unusual. A new hygeneist in the office cleaned my teeth and she made me feel overwhelmed by telling me about my big cavity that I needed filled. She also criticized me for using a battery operated toothbrush vs electric. She started talking about root canals and blah blah blah. It was just too much. The equipment that squirts out water was super hot. My cleaning took over an hour and I don't feel like time was taken on the teeth cleaning. Most of the time was spent trying to fix malfunctioning equipment and waiting. Maybe they got new staff but my experience today was not pleasant. Oh, and to top it all off -the dentist said I didn't even have a new cavity. :( Hopefully my next visit is better because this is the first time I had a bad experience here.

The staff is horrendous. They have booked appointments which were not on their calendar, cancelled appointments without notification, they have charged me far more than they quoted after the visit,  they don't return calls, and they are just rude, even if unprovoked. My daughter told me she 'couldn't believe how rude that lady was.' From what I hear, the dentist is nice.  I will wait 6 months for a different dentist.
