First time going here and everyone was very nice and helpful. They have many different finance options and are willing to work with payments so that you can get the work done that you need. They explain everything they are doing so there are no surprises. Side note: this may not matter to many, but the fact that the office and equipment are top notch and new.

All staff members were polite. They all treated me with the upmost respect. The price is reasonable. I recommend this rental place to whom ever wants excellent service, friendly staff and reasonable prices.

I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist. The gal doing the x-rays helped to ease those feelings a good bit. However, when I had to wait, from the time she left the exam room to the time the dr. came in, for a half an hour (really, I looked at my watch when the hygenist left and immediately before the dr came in) I got an attack worse than I ever have. I was in tears and about to walk out. But, when the dentist, finally, came in, she couldn't have been nicer, calming and understanding. She agreed to everything I was asking for and put a priority on removing a bad tooth. While my first experience was less than I expected, I am giving them another chance. They are doing exactly what I want, and not trying to convince me otherwise, which would cost me a whole lot more.

HORRIBLE experience here!! Went in for my first appointment (wanted a cleaning) and waited 45 minutes just for them to tell me I need my OB to send permission to do X-Rays because I'm pregnant. So I wasn't seen that day. I went back in a week later when I got what I needed to do the X-Ray (today). I waited 45 minutes in the front before going back. They took my X-Ray's then put me in an exam room where I waited another 25 minutes!!! I was about to leave when the dentist finally came in and looked at my X-Rays and then literally glanced in my mouth. NO CLEANING!!!! I waited that whole time for them to freaking LOOK in my mouth!!! NEVER again. Complete waste of my day off. THANKS.
