Very disappointed. We've been with Miller Family Dentistry for several years now, and we just received a letter that they will no longer be a participating provider with our insurance company. This is literally the third time they have done this with three different insurance companies. I even called and asked what companies they participated with and planned to continue to do so before selecting our current insurance. And it is effective 1 July, when of course we can't switch insurance companies until the end of the year. As much as we like the staff, we will be switching dentists as it is easier than switching insurance companies every year and having to pay out of pocket for half the year anyway because they chose not to be in network.
