After one terrible experience at another dentist, my child has been coming here since he was five. On the first visit he went back by himself and has ever since. He returns happy with a bag that makes him feel like he's been to the carnival. He'll turn ten next week, and he's still always happy and comfortable going to the dentist. If the staff and quality of care wasn't what it is this could easily be a very different outcome. And even at almost ten, he was thrilled with the cool toothbrush he received today. As a parent, this certainly makes it easier and pleasant, but more importantly, it's further supported by the quality of care and information I receive. I trust this organization, and they do a great job keeping to a schedule.

I'm not alone in the fact I hate having my teeth cleaned and worked on. Chambersburg Dental Associates makes the dentist as enjoyable as it can get. I will not get my teeth cleaned unless it's by Cindy; she is extremely thorough and talks you through what she is doing. She'll explain where problem areas are and why, and is EXTREMELY gentle when cleaning my teeth. Dr. Stepler is also extremely friendly and thorough with explanations, and the one cavity he filled eons ago was as close to painless as that procedure will get. I also have to say that I'm genuinely impressed with the speed of appointments. My last visit was obviously extremely busy, but instead of having me wait in the waiting room the entire time the team was proactive and had my X-Rays done by another technician (I forget her name, but she was extremely personable and apologetic about the delay in service, which I hadn't noticed because I had only been waiting for 5 minutes in the waiting room) while Cindy finished with another patient and cleaned her station. I still received the personalized one and one service I was used to, which shows Chambersburg Dental Associates is committed to customer care rather than pushing through as many patients as possible (which most offices have unfortunately gone to).

I’ve been going here since the 70’s. The dentist’s, hygienist’s and other staff may change but the care stays the same, top-notch! I highly recommend them.

My children and I went in as new patients for our cleanings. We didn't have to wait long to get an appointment scheduled. The amount of time we waited at the appointment was great. They treated us with respect and great service. I was a dental assistant many years ago so I'm very particular when it come to Dentist....we all saw Dr Stepler and he's great! Everyone in the office from the front desk, the hygienist, and check out were all great too!
