I went here with my son for the first time earlier this month. When we first arrived they did a million X-rays and waited over an hour to be seen. They told me it would be $25 per cavity as my son has 2 cavities, so $50 and they set up a cleaning along with a filling the following weeks. This week I go to do my son's filling and they tell me that I owe $123. I ask them why and they give me multiple reasons. First they tell me that the X-ray was not paid for. After I tell them my insurance covers the X-ray, they change the story to the cleaning was not paid for. After I tell them that my insurance covers the cleaning, they proceed to tell me that they used a "special" cleanser on my son that they NEVER asked me for and that my insurance did not cover. I then refuse to stay there and pay and will NEVER go back. Somehow my $25 per filling turned into $123 because of their mistake of using something I never asked. Save your money and don't bother going to that place. There are multiple dentist around that will treat you a million times better!

The office was nice and I like how they didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra products but the wait was outrageous for my first visit. Had a 10:30am appt and I waited 30 to go back, 30 minutes to see the Dentist, another 30 before they had my treatment plan completed. They had to of been short staffed that day or something. There is no reason that I should of been there for a total of 3 hours, even if it was my first visit. They definitely didn't make a good first impression, but I'm going to give them a try since they seem to be cheaper than the precious dentist office I went to.

So this is my third time at Aspen dental and my last time. I made a first time appointment and got there 15 minutes early. They made me wait about 45 minutes to be taken back. I then waited 30 minutes before getting my x-rays . They took 20 x-rays . Largest amount of x-rays I've ever taken in my life . Then I waited another 15 minutes before the dental hygenist came to look at my teeth . Then five minutes later the dentist came herself to look at my x-rays. So altogether this took about an hour and 1:30min to two hours . And I had nothing done to my teeth no cleaning, nothing. The dentist then came and tried to pressure me by telling me there were so many things wrong with my mouth and the bone of my teeth might decay, will have to watch it live blah blah. I haven't been to the dentist in about 4 to 5 years so I was hesitant but decided to go with the suggested method of cleaning out my teeth . They scheduled another appointment for the week after my initial appointment . Got there around 10 minutes early and this time they only made me wait 30 minutes. I sat there and cleaning began and finished my entire appointment in around 20 minutes so I actually had a service done within 50 minutes . They scheduled my next cleaning for the week later . I show up on time, not early. And I'm told that I must've canceled my appointment because they don't see it . Which of course I didn't cancel my appointment I proceed to tell the receptionist that I had an appointment that day and she tells me she will talk to the dental hygienist . After speaking with the dental Ledgenest she comes back and tells me it'll take 15 minutes and to wait . After waiting 45 minutes , i'm finally seen . And the cleaning only takes 10 minutes . What I will say is call ahead of time to make sure that they have actually planned your appointment like they have said . If you are planning to have any service done or if you are a first-time patient be sure to give yourself at least an hour to two hours before you will be done with your appointment . Be ready to be pressured by the dentist to have unnecessary tests and millions of x-rays that are completely unneeded . This will be my last appointment .

I love Aspen Dental. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. It doesn't matter what shape your teeth are in the staff treat you with respect and they work hard to make sure you have a beautiful smile. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. Thanks Aspen Dental for giving me my confidence back!
