They didn't code my insurance right and I got charged way more than I should've been. The staff did nothing to try to fix the problem. Never even saw the doctor. But this place only cares about the money nothing else. Don't spend your money here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been seeing the NPC's for over a year. If you don't have major health problems then yes, go and see them. If not find another practice. The staff is short and will miss read your lab results (I had multiple miss readings over the course of 1.5 years.) two of the NPC's raised their voices at me over some lab results to the point that I felt extremely vulnerable...accused me of eating food that I wouldn't dare touch. Once they realized how inappropriate their response was they began to retract their statements with "well, it isn't really that bad." Meanwhile waiting in the room afterward....I could hear them and another patient conversing in a room a crossed the hallway about about his enlarge testicle. Good luck finding a Doctor in Georgia who isn't jaded by the system and who is looking out for the patients best interest. Also, record every office visit....there's a reason they have signs up everywhere that cell phone use is frowned upon.

They billed my visit under the nurse practitioner so it was out of network. They sold the debt to a collection agency because she is who I saw. The thing is each time I've seen this woman it has been billed under dr. Langford. I would not recommend this practice because they are all about the money and don't care about their patients.

Staff is unpleasant. They ALWAYS looked unhappy and dealt with you as though they were pissed off in life! I inquired about a medication(controlled substance for pain) and how many times he prescribed since the beginning of 2015 and never received a call back like they told me they would, a week letter they discharged me as a patient with NO explanation as to why!! Called and she REFUSED to tell me why. Now, let me tell you I take medicine for my mental stability and coincidentally their timing couldn't be more INCONVENIENT & more important IRRESPONSIBLE as I'm out of my meds. I was under his care, so if anything happens to me...oh boy LANGFORD! Pissed off office staff let me remind you there's Absolutely NO guarantee the ER would prescribe me my "head meds". I would NOT recommend Terry Langford AT ALL!
