Dr. Trinkner is the best dentist ever! Dr. Trinkner and his staff are very professional and do amazing dental work. We have been seeing him for over 10 years for all of our dental work. He is wonderful with children as well. My six year old son was excited to return to have his cavity filled. If you live in or around the Irmo area and need a dentist I highly recommend you go see Thomas Trinkner, DDS.

I went here after a Quack Dentist completed  deep feelings for me. I was so pleased with Dr. Trinkner's work. He went in and corrected the errors that were causing me problems & pain from the horrible dental work another Dentist performed. I went to him after a root canal procedure was completed, also. I went in thinking I would have to get a Crown put on the teeth I had the Root Canal completed on, but Dr. Trinkner saved my teeth, and saved me some money in the process by saving my teeth, and re-completing my filling work. I am so pleased with the services I got today. I went in with the mind set of paying $850.00 for a Crown, and came out paying $100.00. Dr. Thinker you deserve more than 5 Stars, but 5 are the highest Stars the website said I can give you!:)

DR TRINKER IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND SO IS HIS STAFF. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE HAPPY WITH MY CARE AND MY RESULTS IN 27 YEARS AS FAR AS DENISTRY IS CONCERNED. HE IS BY FAR THE BEST IN COLUMBIA. HE CAN DO ANYTHING! FINALLY A DOCTOR THAT IS NOT ONLY A GENIUS AT WHAT HE DOES BUT IS SO HONEST AND COMPASSIONATE. I COULDNT IMAGINE GOING ANYWHERE ELSE AND DR TRINKER BETTER NOT EITHER! :)  PS - HES WORTH WAYYYY MORE THAN 5 STARS!

I have been a patient of Dr. Trinkner for many years and his office staff has always been exceptional from checik - in to check - out.  Dr. Trinkner is the best ever in Cosmetic Dentistry and Restorative.  He really takes care of his patients.  I have had several accidents and he has met me after hours and on weekends to work on me until other arrangement could be made.  There is no better.  I consider him a friend also.

This office is always pleasant-everyone greets you and treats you as a friend.  Trinkner did some major work on my teeth about 5 years ago, and all has been good since that time.  I like what he did, and it has stood the test of time.  Now I go to the office for all my regular cleanings and checkups, and they are always professional and pleasant.
