Numbing agent that used at first did not work. The cavity filling doesn’t stay in. One cavity they have redone 3 times and I have been charged twice for it. For awhile the check up and cleaning was out 9 months they have seemed to fix that. I will be changing dentist because of all this. And after all the money I have given them I got a bill for $25 with nothing given reason why. So I will be calling them and asking. Found out the reason for the $25 because of a limited exam. I said the only way I want the x-rays is if the insurance covers it(limited exam). They said it will be covered. Which it wasn’t. So for bad cavity fillings I’m out $84 because their agent doesn’t stay in. The staff is nice and informative just not always right when it comes to billing.

I came in with a very bad abscess, swollen face etc. The lady that did my x-rays and was in with me for removal was one of the best out there. She saw me thru the entire process, consoled me, by far one of the nicest ppl I've met. I felt welcome and treated great. Dentist was also very nice, gentle and treated me well. All around a great experience and would definitely return for future work done to my teeth and dental hygiene.

Great personnel from the entrance to the exit. They are patient, do not rush you. They let you know what is going on and options but let you decide. They never refuse money...lols. Great experience!!!

Horrible experience with the receptionist. We were being charged unbelievable amounts of money and when we thought we had already paid everything we ended up with another charge. So instead of paying for it we canceled the appointment to go look at other dentist. When we did the receptionist said “have fun with your gingivitis” never going here again.
