I have been coming here for 7 years and never had a problem. They are very nice and work with you under any circumstance. I seen Dr. Sheffield and her assistant Beth and they work together very well and make sure the kids are very comfortable at every visit. The place is clean and the staff love to have fun and make you feel like family. I would highly recommend anyone to visit this place. It’s a must see!

Dr. Sheffield and her Assistant Beth were absolutely
"AMAZING ". Dr. Sheffield was extremely kind and gentle with my son. They both explained the procedures from top to bottom. Even my children's very first visit I watched her with other patients and she was Awesome!!! When I had  to bring my kids back I specifically asked for her rather than the first doctor they saw because she made the children feel really at ease. If I  had her as my Dentist I would happily go to the Dentist and not be frightened!!

I've just recently started bringing my daughter to Kool Smiles on Forest Drive in Columbia. We've had nothing but good experiences since coming here. A child's visit with the dentist should always be a pleasant visit no matter the procedure. The staff always greet you in a nice and friendly manner. My daughter is absolutely terrified of coming to the dentist but I want to shout out a special special Thank You to Dr. Sheffield and her awesome assistant, Beth. Job well done, I love Kool Smiles😃. Thank you for all you do!!

My daughter had an awesome visit today with Dr. Sheffield and Beth!! We arrived a little early and they were able to get us back a little earlier then scheduled and complete an extra filling for my daughter to help with my work schedule of having to take off. I recommend Kool Smiles to all parents!! Did I mention they are open on Saturday’s too😊

Great place to take your babies, The Dr. Sheff irks is awesome and the hygienist Heather is great and had great patience with my daughter. Love this place.. My daughter loves this place they have an amazing staff Heather is our favorite amongst many! She has so much patience and kind to my child and the cute lil ones too!! Dr. Sheffield is outstanding,  they have new doctor's too whom are great too!! Love this place....
