BEWARE!!!! I took my daughter in for an estimate on dental work. They performed NO WORK and charged me over $100. They turned it in to collections and now it is part of my credit report. I am NOT paying for services I did not receive. Unethical and dishonest. Don't go here. Find a different dentist.

WORST DENTAL OFFICE EVER!  I had a workers comp accident that has left me grinding my teeth due to pain.  I ended up breaking 2 teeth and needed to have them pull.  The nurse was great, the doctors and office staff were con artists.  After the nurse did the x-rays, the doctor came in and was going over the x-rays with me.  At some point, the nurse left and the 'head' doctor slipped in to "observe" the doctor who was consulting me.  I shouldn't say consulted, it was like being at a car dealership.  I kept telling the doctor that I was there to get these two teeth pulled as I was in a lot of pain and I would worry about the rest of the treatment later.  The sales pitch continued for a lil bit before the head doctor stepped in and said that they could pull the teeth that day, but they would be surgical.  So one doctors says simple and the other says it's a surgical extraction.  At this point they walk me to the office manager who hands me a hand written treatment plan on a piece of paper for $6k, $500 is just to pull the two teeth that I was there to get out.  When I gawked at the price and said I would have to find someone else, she quickly dropped the price almost $100.     I ended up having one tooth pulled and paid the surgical price up front before they did any work.  The tooth end up being a simple extraction.  They have since refused to refund me the money they over charged me and will not return my calls.  Seek out another dentist and save yourself the money and pain.  I'm only giving one star because of the nice nurse who was so kind and caring towards my injury.

When I visited Aspen Dental I was not happy until I met Kimberly Swords.  She was very helpful and understanding on my problems.  My mouth was very sore and she got everything fixed perfectly for me.  She is an awesome employee and I was so pleased with her.  She is a great asset to your staff.  I hope she will always  be there for me.

Today I made a dentist appointment.  At 15 minutes prior to my appointment the office representative called to see if I could come in early. I replied I was already on my way and would be there before the scheduled time. They said that was fine they were just checking to see if I could come earlier. 

When I arrived at the office 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start, I was informed it would be a 35 to 45 minute wait.  Since I was not able to arrive when they wanted, they decided to take another patient.

Very friendly staff, they go the extra mile for you. My dentures look so real, people can't tell the difference. I believe in this group so much I recommended them to two people over. Thanks for giving me my confidence and my smile back!
