Our dental practice has been creating great oral health and beautiful smiles for our friends and neighbors since 1970.

Story

After Dr. Richard H. Sullivan, II, founded the practice, his son, Dr. Richard “Dr. Rick” Sullivan, III joined it in 1988. Now the family tradition continues with Dr. Richard “Dr. Sully” Sullivan, IV joined in 2015.

Along with our long-term team members, we deliver painless, patient-focused care that’s timely, gentle, and affordable. We use leading-edge technology and treatments, tailored to a person’s unique needs, to help each patient achieve his or her dental and smile goals.

BEST BEST BEST dentist experience ever. I have been in really bad pain for weeks,and my previous dentist kept saying it would go away. I then attended another place because the pain would not go away, and I was going insane.  The second place then said it was my wisdom teeth that was cousin the pain. Luckily one of my best friends at work told me about Rick Sullivan and I called right away. I was sent to voice mail, but I got a call back in about 30 minutes after. 
It was Richard him self and I told him all about my pain . He suggested for me to call his dentist assistant Kristina to make a check up appointment asap. 
Once I was on the phone, he said he could have me over for the procedure right away next day early in the morning. Since this was an Emergency and I was in really bad pain.

 I never felt so comfortable and excited about going to a dentist.. EVERYONE IS SO HAPPY AND VERY FRIENDLY.  the music and Tv all over the place really makes you feel so comfortable and cozy. My nurse Amy even game me a really cozy blanket to have over me during the procedure.

I am blessed to say I am a third generation patient of Sullivan Dental Partners!  After unprofessional and traumatizing dental work as a young adult, I vowed to never return to a dentist again.  My entire mouth was filled with decay and infection.   On my first visit, Darlene held my hand, wiped my tears, and patted my arm while Dr. Sullivan only looked at my mouth.  They then made a "game plan" for recovering a smile that didn't include hiding my teeth.  Dr. Sullivan, Darlene, and each staff member are educated in, and completely understand the terror some people feel.  Our rebuilding project was a two year process..... Darlene holding my hand every step of the journey.  Thank you my dear girl.. You watched my life change before your own eyes.  That has given me the joy of eating and smiling without pain or embarrassment once again!!  My hygienist, Melanie, is amazing and is a perfectionist.... Thanks Mel!  I adore you!  Melanie, like all of the staff, has been there for many years.  Because it really IS that great of an atmosphere to be in.  Play a video game, watch tv, get engrossed on the tropical fish aquarium... Whatever relaxes you is accommodated.  I am thrilled to welcome the newest member of my dental team, Dr. Sully to the practice!!  (It secures my wish to be a lifetime patient of Sullivan Dental Partners!)  I thank each of you for the dedication you give with your care, and always having the most recent tools available to make each visit better than the last one.  THANK YOU SULLIVAN DENTAL PARTNERS!  You are continuing the family tradition of impeccable work being associated with your name.  I know your father and grandfather are very proud.....  I am!

Dr. Sullivan and his son and staff are wonderful.

I have been going to his office for years now, and I have always felt like I was in the best of care while there.

Dr. Sullivan is always cheerful and very helpful in answering questions. 
The staff is awesome as well!!!!

Emily and Amy and Mary Pat and the rest are wonderful and so pleasant to be around.

I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a great dental experience to go see Dr. Sullivan Dental Partners in Brentwood, TN.

i have been going to Dr. Sullivan for over 20 years and would never think of going to a different dentist.  his staff is some of the most caring and attentive people i have ever met and Mary Pat is like family.  She makes every trip to the dentist a fun and enjoyable time.  i would recommend Sullivan Dental partners to anyone and i always recommend them to everyone!
