It is hard for me to even put into words how our experience was yesterday.  I could of cried tears of joy. Every aspect was simply wonderful !  From my phone conversation to schedule an appointment to checking out.  It's awesome to go in an office and see everyone smiling!  It has been a challenge finding not only someone but an entire staff that has made my son feel comfortable.  You all were able to take something very negative to him and turn it into a good thing.  Thank you all so very much! 
After Max told his older brother about his visit  ,  he is ready to switch too!

Everyone here was great! The staff was great with my 5 year old son and he was calm the whole time - even though they had to pull a tooth! We went over all costs before hand. Highly recommend.

They did such a good job of introducing my child to all the dental instruments and procedures!  I’d highly recommend this office and Dr. Yerzerski to anyone!

We've been coming here since my oldest (11) turned 4. We love it! The staff is always extremely nice and friendly. With 4 kids,  usually with appointments at the same time, we are usually in and out in no time! Everyone is always very through and informative. My kids love it here and I would recommend Franklin Pediatric Dentist to anyone!

My children have seen Dr. Y and his staff since we moved back to the area 5 years ago. Each time we go, we've been impressed with the way they balance friendliness and professionalism. We have found the entire team, from the dental hygienists to the office staff, to be incredibly helpful and kind.  Dr. Y has always put us at ease and has patiently answered all of my questions without a hint of condescension. He's also gentle with my kids and I really appreciate that he has never tried to manipulate me into getting a service we did not need. Although there are plenty of pediatric dentists closer to our home, we choose to drive 30 minutes away because we feel this is a great practice. You know a dentist's office is a WINNER when your kids actually get excited to go for a visit! I would recommend Franklin Pediatric Dentistry without hesitation to anyone looking for a trustworthy dentist for their child.
