I was traveling through town and stopped in show low to camp for the night. I realized miscounted my dogs medication for an enlarged heart and wasn’t going to have enough for our trip.  I called Aspen Ridge veterinary clinic and they got me enough pills to get through untill I got back home. Fantastic customer service!

This place is amazing! Dr. Ellis is kind and caring.  All the staff was professional.   Highly recommend!

Dr. Ellis and her staff saved Gunther's life! He started having eye problems and Dr. Ellis was very thorough in exploring all options when he didn't respond to traditional treatment. He had every symptom of glaucoma, but it turned out to be a rare type of staph infection. Dr. Ellis was very determined to get to the root of the cause and was sending samples to labs and had given up her time off when he needed sudden surgery. I do not think he would have survived under anyone else's care, it was such a complex medical case! The whole staff loves him and he loves them, it's his favorite place to visit! Which I think says a lot, if a dog can go through all of that and have this be his favorite place full of his favorite people, you know you've got a good clinic. They genuinely love all of the animals they treat. Thanks to everyone at Aspen Ridge, I get to enjoy how ever many years Gunther is meant to have with him!

There is no better place in the White Mountains to take your dog or cat for top notch, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and caring service. (not to mention they have 24 hour emergency care for patients) Dr. Ellis and her staff are amazing and it is absolutely clear that they care about their clients and patients alike. My dog HATED going to the Vet until we moved to the area and found Aspen Ridge; now there is nothing that excites her more than when I say "want to go to the Vet?" I know, hard to believe but it's true, she LOVES her people there.  We all want what's best for our own medical care; you want the best medical care for your family pet(s), look no further than Aspen Ridge, you won't be disappointed.

Dr. Ellis is amazing....caring, knowledgable, dedicated. She is one of the finest Vets in the White Mountains.
