I've been a patient of this office for a year. No one ever wants to go to the doctor's office, but the entire staff of this practice makes every visit pleasant. The entire front office staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and funny.  Brandy specifically (I only mention her because she's whose name I remember) is so friendly and funny. If I say something goofy and sarcastic, she plays right along. Just today I saw her pull out coloring books and colored pencils to give to a little girl in the waiting room that was crying. She went above and beyond to make that girl comfortable. I have also seen Brandy interact with irate patients at previous appointments. She remained calm and professional even when dealing with irrationally angry patients, and she did her best to defuse the situation.

The nursing staff is also fantastic. I have bit of "white coat syndrome" where I'm anxious just being in a doctor's exam room. Every nurse I have interacted with has done a fantastic job of putting me at ease. They are so friendly and kind. Talking to them is like chit chatting with an old friend. Today Corrina was my nurse and she is just lovely to talk to. We discussed movies while she was taking my vitals, and we joked around a bit while she still had a professional attitude. The other nurses I've seen have all been similarly amazing. 

Dr. Trujillo and PA Hall are also very professional, friendly, and kind. They explain things in a way anyone can understand without it sounding condescending. They have a fantastic bedside manner. They also both seem genuinely interested in whatever you have to say, and clearly care about their patients. They are very receptive to doing whatever they possibly can to improve your quality of life.

The entire office is wonderful. I've never even had a mediocre experience here. I always have a great experience and leave the office with a smile.

.Staff very friendly, Dr Trujillo was very nice,took time to explain my options. His nurse very nice. Very pleasant experience.

Worst ER service ever. You have to drive all the way down to the valley, (personally, I think Mercy Gilbert is the BEST ER around, hands down, in every way) to get the care and respect that you hope to get when you drag yourself to an ER during an emergency. 

I will say, they have helped my dad in the past when he has had sudden heart issues as a result of previous heart attacks, but if you arent dying or on your way, you are better off avoiding this poor excuse of a hospital. I think they treat the patients like such crap because they know they can, because it IS the only hospital around for miles and we have no other choice!

The Nurses and Doctors are great,the clerical staff not so much. No one seams to know what's going on or what their job is. The ER staff is wonderful,I can't say enough good things about them. The Hospital appears to be trying really hard to be the best,but a few people haven't gotten the memo. If they say they will call you back,Never going to happen, just be prepared to make the call yourself. The staff throughout the hospital need to be a little happier. It doesn't take much to say good morning!

I went to them for help and was immediately removed from all my pain medication. Around the same time I ran into a male acquaintance who had gone there and they gave him more pain medication. We live in a small town and I found out this person was selling his extra pain medication. If that isn't showing favoritism I don't know what is. I found a more qualified Doctor and I am being taken care of very well!
