Ole Alcumbrac, DVM is the White Mountain's most established practitioner. He has been a practicing veterinarian since 1989. Owned and operated White Mountain Animal Hospital since 1991. He was original owner of Alta Sierra & Hearthside Veterinary Clinics.
Ole is Director of Wildlife Health Services, specializing in immobilization and capture of native and exotic species. He is the consulting veterinary for the Arizona Game & Fish, White Mountain Apache Tribe, Navajo County and the US Fish & Wildlife Service. He serves as a veterinarian for Adobe Mountain Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, Arizona Sonoran Desert Museum, the Humane Society, Mexican Wold Project, Sonoran Pronghorn Recovery Program, Bighorn Sheep disease studies and the Phoenix Zoo.
Our veterinarian is a member of the American and Arizona Veterinary Medical Association. He has received the Commissioner's "Conservationist of the Year" award and the Award for Excellence from the Arizona Game & Fish.
