They claim they are better than a bank . My opinion they run it like a mom and pop organization. I asked them for a boat loan I had a-1 credit and was willing to put up my money to grant the loan. They wanted to charge me interest on my own money that I had in it.

I want to reconcile the history of payments on my auto loan. I have only 2 more payments, ACU says I have 13 more. A discrepancy of over a years worth of payments? I can't get in touch with anyone. By phone, if you do get connected after 14+ minutes, they hang up on you. Or next, you get transferred to Voice Mail. 
Message left is not returned over 24 hours later. Written message on website, no response. I just want my payment history!

Todd Johnson and Andrea Brown are two of the worst most disrespectful people I have ever had to deal with. Very unprofessional and not willing to work with you on anything. Ms. Brown took money out of my aunts account without authorization on Wednesday. I had enough and just hung up on her and she called me back a few minutes later apologizing and saying it was her error and she was in the wrong. Yeah because that is Theft! She needs to loose her job or be demoted. Don't bank with this credit union. I've been going thru pure hell because I was late on a car payment. I suggest finding another place to do business, as I have!

Love my Credit Union! They are the best out there and their customer service is amazing!

Great service, always making everything easy for me and my accounts. Most of my accounts are with them. I have never  had a problem with anything.
