My experience here left much to be desired. DO NOT BANK HERE. BoA has trained its staff poorly and the culture and attitude of many of their representatives shows it. The diminutive, suited male manager in a suit was excellent, checking on people when he could and making sure things were going smoothly--when he could, but he spent most of his time in 1-on-1 consultation for accounts issues, leaving the rest of us to the mercy of the dull-eyed tellers who are just talking ATM's with hands. The greeter, Andrea is an angel, but poorly trained, she could not address issues beyond the most basic. One of the accounts people there, Tamara has no customer service capacity whatsoever, became irate when I went over my preexisting customer-service issue with her in detail, and *didn't even do her job* in disclosing all information to me when I removed my money from the institution and closed out my account. It's amazing that BoA's terrible, TERRIBLE customer service and awful business culture is not more widely known (check any consumer reporting service and their ongoing litigation). Remove your money immediately and bank elsewhere, ANYwhere--save yourself the grief.

It's incredible that they just have one cashier for all this people, I been waiting in the line right now for 1 hour It's one guys in the door welcome everyone, he should help as cashier or they shoul put more cashier on a Saturday shift 😡

Horrible experience day after day for the past 2 months they have had 1 teller during heavy traffic hours..a smart manage would hire another employee to better suit its customers.whoever is in charge of this branch should be fired

Very slow customer service. I come almost daily for a long time now and it's always full and there's almost always only 1 person handling the customers. There's 3 windows and only one in use. You'd think they'd learn that it's busy so they'd hire more people...

The wait time might be an issue, but just talk to dyan, its totally worth the wait, he is very professional helpful and make things happen smoothly.
