I have banked here for 4 years.  Everyone is nice, but often there is a longer than expected wait.

Currently sitting in the drive thru bc they have one teller that can do commercial deposits and he was tied up with a personal banking customer in front of me. There was an issue with her account so he took forever and no one else would help me. So I went through the drive thru where the person working it was immediately negative about the fact that I needed change in the drive thru. I was one of two customers in the branch and they struggled to help me. It's either they ask you a ton of questions and try to make small talk that's awkward or they ignore you and make a quick bank trip an hour long affair. There's no in-between at this location.

The website said open 24 hours on Saturdays, it was closed today (Saturday) in the mid afternoon.
