I visited this branch today 8-30-2017  around noon , that acting branch mgr was wearing a shirt that was way to small with her breast practically falling out of her shirt .... when i told here she needed to have chase give her a bigger shirt she said that my comment was up professional - the chase employee should have looked in the mirror before reporting for work - she was not professional ..... the second issue was getting a pin number assigned to an associate card for my business and they told me that the recipient of the card had to get the pin issued when the associate is not even a signature on the account. because she needed a bigger shirt she threatened to call the police on me. 
 Keep in mind this is how CHASE is TREATING for MILITARY VETS, and people DISABLED .... Im both .... I will never go back to that branch and i am considering closing all accounts ..... Lastly an employee / teller that was supposedly in the rest room while I waited came back to her area eating candy while attempting to take care of my business ... (if she was gone to the rest room - why would she be eating candy when she returned to her duties dont they wash their hands ) I will say that I have been banking with CHASE since 2008 and have never been overdrawn at all

I haven't had any issues with this branch so far. The staff were very friendly in helping me set up a new checking account the other week and this location isn't too far away from where I work.

I'm a chase customer and i've been to this chase bank location because i needed help with my account and the bank tellers that work are not helpful at all, they're rude.
