I bought 9 strings of $20 Sylvania outdoor light strings here a few months ago. I intended to us them as holiday lights, as they coordinated perfectly with my decorations. My family took out a few strings and decorated two weeks ago. The next day, one fuse blew. The day after that, it happened again in a different strand. The third time we plugged the lights in, several bulbs were out. Because the lights worked the first time we plugged them in, we had tossed the receipt. When we brought the lights back to the store, the cashier told us she could not take the lights back for store credit. When I told her why I wanted to return the lights, she very rudely and coldly told me that she is just a cashier. Then the manager, Heather, told us we could look up the transaction with my credit card number. When we tried looking up my past transactions at the store, the register said there were none. This is impossible, as I shopped there all the time. Next, Heather told us that she would give us store credit if I signed up for the store rewards program. I said alright and signed up. After I signed up, she asked me how many strings of lights we had. When she found out we had 9, she changed her mind and told us there was nothing she could do. When my eyes welled up over the thought of losing $200 to products that do not work, she went into her office and came back out. She said she called her "boss' boss," and got the ok to give us store credit for the redline amount. So I was given store credit in the amount of $90, as if I will ever shop there again. I suppose I can buy some supplies for my classroom here, but they will probably turn out to be faulty. The name "At Home" is right on the box of the faulty products I purchased, so there is no good reason I was not given store credit for the full amount I paid. Buyer beware this store; they will not take full responsibility for their products, they will mislead you, and they will leave you with their annoying emails. I love getting an email from them every day and being reminded that I lost $100 here. Every one who has posted about the poor customer service and bad management is right. This place is like a knockoff Hobby Lobby with no manners, customer service, or sales.

Great sale. I found my dining room table. Cost $160.00. But poorly staffed. Hard to find sales people.

Great place to get seasonal decorations for your home. I just purchased a 9 foot umbrella for our patio table for half the cost of other places. It seems to be of good quality and is currently providing excellent shade for the plants on the deck.
