This store has some great finds, but that's the trouble, finding things. This past weekend, I'd have to give store merchandising a "D". Disappointed to say it looked like a garage sale. Just for comparison, the I went by the Brier Creek location later the same day. An easy "A". The store was clean, everything off the floors, the aisles easy to navigate. A much better shopping experience that led to several purchases.

Very disappointed in "the manager" Bethany's customer service. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store. I spent 300$ today alone, and was very tempted to just leave my cart full and walk out the door at checkout and never return. 1 set of curtains I purchased-which I found jumbled in the bottom of clutter in the curtain aisle that was covered in dirt stains and did not have any packaging or tags. I was able to find another that was the identical set that had tags and packing intact. I presented them to the front and asked the cashier to just ring them both up (did not ask for any reduction in price for it not having any packing or the fact it was covered in dirt). However there was a glass sculpture that my husband liked that was $19.99. It was the only one in the store that he like above all the rest and it happened to also be the only one with a chip, and a scratch across the glass and the bottom stand detached-unlike all the others in the store that did not have scratches or detach from the stand (believe me I checked them all). I asked the manager at the checkout if she would be willing to discount the item slightly and my request was quickly rejected with a dismissive attitude. So obviously I didn't purchase the sculpture and I will just go to the At Home store who sells them as well. Will be taking my business to At Home and won't be back here..again..ever.

Not a bad "home" store. Lots of cool items and seems their inventory changes a lot. Couple of times I've seen something I liked, went back later for and it was gone. We have bought several things there and like the variety. It does tend to be a bit pricey, especially for some furniture items that seem wood-like but probably aren't. Other than that, would recommend browsing.

There is a large selection of home decor items and accessories, furniture, lamps, wall art and kitchenware. Prices are reasonable. You never know what you might find.
